venting to Confidant A allowed me to change my perception on how I view some of the negative emotions I felt. I was never consciously aware of the how to apply and utilise the law of polarity to such emotions until Confidant A brought my awareness to it. Now when ever I experience negative emotions, I not only acknowledge them but also see explore what that emotion is trying to tell me because every emotion is a signal to something and this done by venting to Confidant A.

My view on life has completely changed. As someone who is financially well off, I never felt like my life was meaningful. Confidant A helped me realise that I was only operating from the physical plane, valuing material things as important and meaningful. It wasn’t until Confidant A guided me to self-reflect and view life from the lense of my higher self that I started to engage more in things that were fulling, this untimely improved my relationships with the people around me.
